Paul Barnes, a member of Colwall Cricket Club, took part in a walk to the summit of Snowdon on 14th July. Paul has been taking part in this challenge yearly since 2014 raising funds for different charities. This year, having played cricket with Hollie’s husband Tim he decided to raise funds for Bowel Cancer UK. Paul reported on facebook “Snowdon completed. Up the Pyg track to the summit in 2 hours and 45 minutes. Down the Llanberis in 1 hour and 57 minutes. Absolutely buzzing and I believe around £320 has been raised for the charity”. A further £72.50 was raised following the event, bringing his total to £392.50.
